This valve is a tool to control gas and heat in the gas-combusting devices such as home and industrial ovens

This valve has one inlet and two outlets, which is usually used for gas supply to the oven or grill flare, one of which is always on.

•    The oven outlet is equipped with thermostatic system, so that by rotating the key (handle) of the valve and setting of the same on the desirable temperature, the same permanently controls and keeps the oven's area under the chosen temperature through increasing/ decreasing the flare.
•    The other outlet of the valve is connected to the grill section, and is applied while using the grill or frying the external surfaces of the food stuffs. However, simultaneous application of oven and grill outlets is not possible.
•    The minimum flare for the oven or grill may be set by the regulator, by which the minimum desirable flare is set.
•    Both outlets are equipped with flare protective system (thermocouple) and in case of unwanted flare extinguishing it cuts the flare's gas supply within 15 seconds and remains under the same conditions until relighting.
•    This valve is applicable for the NGC and LPG networks up to a maximum pressure of 200 milibars and a temperature range of 0~85 degrees Celsius.
•    The valve's inlet is fastened, fixed and sealed on the main gas supply pipe using clips and two M5 bolts and gas proof rubber washers.
•    According to the request of the consumer, the outlets may be supplied with one of the crinoid, olive, or pressed tube for the connection and sealing to the outlet tubes
•    According to the request of the consumer, the distance of the end of the handle with the center of connection to the main pipe is adjustable and produced customized.
•     According to the request of the consumer, this valve may be equipped with the micro-switch, through which simultaneously with opening the valve to light the flare, the sparkling (lighter) system is activated.
•    The valve controlling components such as the thermocouple flare and magnet protective system components are produced using the best international brands and with assured quality.
•    The valve internal components protective grease is of the Molykote herbal grease type, and which is one of the best international brands special for this type of brand, and is produced in Germany.
•    This valve is subject to the ISIRI compulsory standard and enjoys the Iranian Standard Sign after obtainment such license from ISIRI. All the components of this valve are fully checked during assembling steps, and are tested for durability, magnet intactness, complete seal, and under temperature control state and flare protective system correct performance.
